    Incentives given to students
    Form I – VI. The “Best Three” students are normally given some incentives in order to motivate them academically: This occurs in Monthly Tests; Terminal Examinations; Annual Examinations and The Best subjects Performers in all Subjects who are strongly awarded during Graduation Ceremony every year.

     

    Motor Car Incentive:
    A student who will manage to be the first in a particular subject or among the best ten (10) students at the National Examinations Level  He/She will be awarded a Brand New Car Worth Sh. 10,000,000 (Ten Million Shillings) This applies to form VI students Only.

     

    Staff Incentives:

    Staff Motivation has been categorized in three different ways:

    1st

    A subject teacher’s performance will appear as the first in National Examination Results. A Brand New Car Worth Tsh. 10,000,000 (Ten Million Shillings)
     

    2nd

    A subject teacher’s position will be between 2nd to 5th in the National Examination Results. A Motor Cycle
     

    3rd

    A subject teacher’s position occupies a rank between 6th to 10th in the National Examination Results. Tsh. 1,000,000 (One Million)

     

    School Sponsorship System (Sss):

    The school has a culture of sponsoring students who are capable academically into dimensions

    One, Standard Seven leavers from Waja Springs English Medium Primary School are normally given academic scholarships particularly to those who perform wonderfully in their school continuous assessment. However a student must score A’s in all subjects so as to attain such a school motivational scheme.

    Two, Form Four leavers who excel better in their continuous assessment and appear to be the best in all subjects are also offered academic scholarship from the school. This motivational scheme has enabled many students to benefit much from our schools.
